RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain time frame.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take a while before your refund is officially reflected. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before the refund can be reflected. If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, you can contact us at respinutri@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at respinutri@gmail.com.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a credit in the form of a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver decided to ship the order and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send it back. You can write to us at respinutri@gmail.com and we will provide you with the address; this shipping is at your expense.

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, it is recommended that you use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
